Shipping coverage

We ship throughout the UK and to the international destinations available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email info@saucedbyk.com before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information when your order is on the way.

Estimated delivery times

• UK: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Europe: usually 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

Shipping costs and tracking

Available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before payment. All orders are sent using tracked delivery. International orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties unless checkout states that these are included.

Free returns

Eligible returns are free. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, including if the size or fit is not right, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Sale items are covered by the same return rules as full-price items. Please see our Refund Policy for the full process and exceptions.

Delivery problems

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email info@saucedbyk.com with your order number so we can investigate.
