Order Processing & Shipping Timeframe

As soon as you place your order with us, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. It usually takes 2-4 days to prepare the order and have it ready for shipping.

This timeframe allows us to meticulously prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Usually shipping times are between 3-5 days 

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse is based in the UK, but we can also ship to the EU  (7-14 day delivery).
This is only for a very limited range of stock.

Please contact us only after your delivery timeframe has exceeded. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns/exchanges.

We offer a 7 day refund only if an item is damaged, or has manufacturing defects.

We understand the importance of ensuring the correct fitting/sizing for our customers. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully review our size guide charts and select the appropriate size before making a purchase.

We cannot accept returns due to wrong sizing.

Shipping Methods

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and anticipate its arrival.

International Shipping

Currently we do not operate full worldwide shipping, Please check if your country is available for shipping at checkout.  At the moment we ship to most countries in Europe (Including UK). Please contact us if you need to confirm if we can ship to your location/country before you order.
